Güneş Altunkaş graduated from Beykent University Radio and Television Programming and Anadolu University Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. After completing her academic education as an announcer and presenter, Altunkaş did dubbing in many commercials as well as her journalism career. Altunkaş, who worked as the general art director in the film industry for many years, simultaneously made a splash in the national print media with his articles and interviews about life. The writer, who also worked as a media general coordinator and a manager in film companies, started his publishing life with his book called Me Behind the Door. Hokus Pokus is the author's second book with the theme "no to all kinds of violence", which he wrote in the detective genre. The greatest goal of the author is to increase the number of novels that he will leave to future generations. His new novel, Never Enter O Street, is a product of this aim.
