Amendments to the Regulation on Private Education Institutions

According to the change published in the Official Gazette; The tuition fee of the intermediate classes of private schools is the tuition fee announced in the previous academic year, and the tuition fee of the students who continue at the school is the tuition fee determined in the student registration agreement; It will be determined by taking into account the year-end CPI rate, not exceeding the rate determined by the Ministry.

ARTICLE 1- In the first paragraph of the 20rd article of the Ministry of National Education Private Education Institutions Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 3/2012/28239 and numbered 53, the rate of “average (Y.İ-ÜFE+TÜFE)/2 of the previous year is 5% at most. The phrase "determined by making an increase" has been changed as "the rate of increase shall be determined by taking into account the year-end CPI rate and not exceeding the rate determined by the Ministry".

ARTICLE 2- This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

ARTICLE 3- The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of National Education.
