“My New Home”, the housing campaign for middle-income people developed by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Ministry of Finance, will be activated as of January 16. The institution shared the answers to 15 questions about the "My New Home Campaign", which was implemented with the new housing finance model for the middle-income, on its social media account.

Which provinces will the Yeni Evim campaign cover, and how many houses will be covered by the campaign?

The campaign will be valid in 81 provinces, and in the first stage, it is planned to sell 100 thousand residences.

Will second-hand houses be included in the campaign?

There will be zero houses in the campaign. Projects produced by the General Directorate of Emlak Konut; Projects of companies affiliated to GYODER, İNDER, KONUTDER, İMKON and the Turkish Contractors Association and all large and small scale housing projects produced by companies in all 81 provinces; they will be involved in this process if they meet the technical and financial criteria.

What will the payment plan be like?

With the maturity difference starting from 0.69, installments with a maturity of 15 years and not exceeding @ of the household income will be determined.

Will there be an age limit for the project?

Every citizen of the Republic of Turkey, over the age of 18, who is deemed appropriate to obtain a loan by the banks, will be able to benefit from the campaign.

Can a resident of Istanbul be able to buy a house in Ankara?

Citizens who want to own a house in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin and Muğla will be required to reside in that city for 1 year. This condition will not apply in other provinces.

Is it possible to apply if one of the spouses has a residence in the household?

If one of the spouses has a residence on it, it will not benefit. A young person over the age of 18 and registered with the SSI will be able to apply even if there is a house in the household.

Can houses be sold?

It will not be sold for 5 years, except for force majeure such as death or divorce. Again, those who have sold housing in the last 1 year will not be able to benefit from the project.

Can someone who has sold evalıp before benefit from the campaign if they do not currently have a house?

The person who will benefit from the campaign must not have sold a house in the last year.

When will the project start?

As of January 16, applications will be accepted for the project.

What will the applications be like?

Those who want to buy a house will apply to banks or participation banks with the flat they find. The bank will monitor the compliance of both the project and the person with the criteria, and will allocate loans for suitable projects.

Will there be an application fee?

No application fee will be charged.

Is the housing under construction included in the scope of the campaign?

Completed residences in 81 provinces, completed and ongoing residences to a certain extent, and projects that have signed a guarantor agreement with banks will be included in the campaign.

Will there be a drawing of lots in this campaign as in TOKİ campaigns?

As of January 16, citizens who find their housing from the housing manufacturer will be able to obtain a housing loan without drawing.

Will a citizen who has left a house from his father and grandfather be able to benefit from the campaign?

Citizens who own a home with inheritance can apply.
