The identity of the citizen who lost his life by flooding in Altındağ district of Ankara has been determined. It was learned that the person who lost his life in the flood disaster was CHP Mamak Youth Branch Deputy Chairman İlkay Yiğit. President Erdoğan and CHP made a statement regarding the death of Yiğit.
Ilkay Yiğit, who tried to get out of his vehicle and got caught in the flood waters, disappeared due to the flood that occurred after the heavy rain that was effective at noon in the Tatlar District of Altındağ district. As a result of the search and rescue efforts carried out by AFAD and JÖAK teams, who came to the scene upon the notice, the lifeless body of 26-year-old driver İlkay Yiğit was found.
