Trout Breeding Training, approved by the Ministry of National Education, started by Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Agricultural Services Department. At the end of the training, which will last for 58 hours, the trainees will have all kinds of information about trout production.
Metropolitan Municipality provides Trout Breeding Training approved by the Ministry of National Education. Approximately 25 trainees applied to the trainings that started at the Uncalı ATASEM course center. In the training, the maintenance stages in the process from brooding trout to frying and table paint are explained theoretically. After the theoretical training, the trainees will be given practical training in a trout farm.
They Can Open Their Own Farms
Sevilay Ünlüçiftçi, who works as a Fisheries Engineer within the R&D Project Branch Directorate of the Agricultural Services Department, stated that the participants can have another business line after the Trout Breeding training. famous farmer,
“Here, we will have explained beforehand all the possibilities that may occur in the process, from the selection of the rootstock to the market size of 240-330 grams. Our friends coming out of here will be able to establish a farm with peace of mind. The trainees will receive training on egg retrieval, table trout farming, disease precautions and spraying in case of illness.
