The animals brought to the sacrifice markets by the breeders but cannot be sold due to the Eid al-Adha will be purchased by the Meat and Milk Institution (ESK), the relevant institution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. What are the cattle and sheep purchase prices of the Meat and Dairy Institution?

In addition to the current purchase prices of unsold animals, IHC will also make an additional premium payment to compensate for the costs, taking into account the transportation, maintenance and feeding expenses.

For the animals that cannot be sold, it will be sufficient for the breeders to apply to the nearest IHC Combine Management with the animal identification documents and the official Veterinarian referral report in charge of the sacrificial animal sales point.

IHC's Current Purchase Prices of Cattle:

  • Male cattle 180 TL/Meat Kg
  • Heifer and male buffalo from 170 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Cow and female buffalo from 160 TL/ Meat Kg

Additional Premium to Our Current Current Purchase Prices of Cattle:

  • 25 TL/ Meat Kg for male cattle,
  • 25 TL/ Meat Kg for heifer and male buffalo,
  • 15 TL/ Meat Kg for cow and female buffalo,

  • Lamb from 175 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Tollu from 160 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Sheep from 140 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Capricorn from 110 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Cepic from 95 TL/ Meat Kg
  • Goat from 95 TL/ Meat Kg

Small Heads Additional Premium to Our Current Current Purchase Prices

  • In addition to the small cattle, 5 TL / Meat Kg sacrifice premium will be paid.
