55 Young People Joined IMM Families with the 'IBB Tech-Future' Project

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's (IMM) project “IBB Tech-Future” continues, which offers opportunities to young people who have just graduated from school, are looking for a job for the first time and are at the beginning of their careers.

Young talents started to work at İBB within the scope of the recruitment project started a year ago in order to train young people who will shape the future in terms of technology.

4 thousand 245 candidates applied for the post opened in Kariyer.ibb.istanbul, where job postings of İBB are published. Within the scope of the project that supports young people in need of experience, computer, electrical-electronics, system, software, electronic communication and electronics engineering were asked to apply for the advertisement.

Candidate evaluations were made meticulously by the committee, which included at least 3 managers. In the project, which started with the recruitment of 33 young people last year, 55 young people who just started this year joined the IMM family. In total, 88 young people were employed.

An organization was held to come together with young people from IMM who started working in February. The meeting, which took place in April due to the earthquake, took place in the IMM Data Laboratory.
