It is planned to use the excavation collected from the debris dump site, which was created at 11 different points in 47 provinces by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, to repair damaged roads in earthquake zones, and to construct pavements and walkways. Asbestos measurements are carried out on samples taken from the debris in the mobile environmental laboratories located on site by the Ministry.

The excavation, which was created due to the destructions in 6 provinces affected by the 7,7 and 7,6 magnitude earthquakes that took place in Kahramanmaraş on February 11, will be used in the repair of damaged roads and in the construction of sidewalks and walking paths.

During the damage assessment studies carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change in 11 provinces affected by earthquakes, 8 million 1 thousand buildings were inspected as of March 728, and it was determined that 227 thousand 27 buildings were demolished, will be demolished immediately and heavily damaged.

It is planned that the recycled materials from the excavations will be used in the repair of damaged roads in earthquake zones, and the remaining waste such as concrete and bricks will be used in the construction of pavements and walkways.
