Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) continues to expand its "smart city" projects throughout the city.
The free internet service, which ABB President Mansur Yavaş describes as a "basic human right", is now being implemented in EGO buses.
Up-to-date and state-of-the-art 4.5G routers, which the capitals can make the most of, were assembled on EGO buses and made ready.
In the service, which will end the testing phase on Monday, it is planned to switch to the new database. EGO General Directorate, which offers 150 GB monthly internet service for each bus, will increase the limit if the quota is not sufficient.
Citizens who have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network will be able to apply to the "Baskent 153" system with the plate of the bus.
