Drivers in France Made Action

Drivers in France Take Action: Drivers working in road transport in France took action by closing roads in various parts of the country for salary increases. In France, vehicle drivers carrying freight and passengers closed the roads.
Chauffeurs working in road transport demanded an increase in 5 wages, citing the increase in profits in their workplaces due to falling diesel prices.
After announcing that employers would pay a hike of up to 2 percent, drivers protested by closing roads in 15 regions, including Paris, including the Ile de France region.
The action was carried out especially in the vicinity of industrial zones in order to prevent other drivers from being adversely affected.
Employers and trade unions are expected to sit at the table tomorrow to discuss wage increases.
