Our common goal as institutions; The aim of this course is to investigate the differences in light and heavy rail systems applied in European countries for operation, maintenance, repair and training methods.
In the places where TCDD can support education by the protocol between the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of National Education, departments have been opened under the name of Rail Systems Technology in Vocational High Schools. This area also educates employees for operation, maintenance / repair of light rail systems operated by municipalities. However, knowledge and experience are not sufficient due to the new educational background of this field.
Our aim is to strengthen the knowledge and experience of the companies in the EU countries and to transfer them to the training.
With this project, it is aimed to gain knowledge about the applied methods and training techniques of rail systems, and to adapt and adapt the operation maintenance / repair and vocational training processes of rail systems in European countries.
Considering that the rail system vehicles have national and international flights; we want to develop common professional knowledge, skills and insights on the course, maintenance / repair, operation and training of these vehicles in different countries and roads, to create more reliable professional reference sources and to contribute to the cultural exchange between countries.
Our project; Improving the skills and competencies of the trainers and trainers in all levels of vocational education and training. "
