Zeytinburnu Youth Center (ZEYGEM) continues its Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV-1) Pilot certificate training for young people, commonly known as drone license. At ZEYGEM, which will start the 6th term UAV-1 Pilot training, young people who want to use unmanned aerial vehicles for commercial purposes are provided with the necessary knowledge and skills. In this way, we contribute to the training of qualified UAV pilots needed in the civil aviation sector.
Students who successfully complete the free training provided to young people between the ages of 15-25 residing in Zeytinburnu, at the end of the training; While gaining general information about UAV, they understand the legal responsibilities of the UAV owner and pilot within the scope of civil aviation rules, learn the flight dynamics and principles of the aircraft, and acquire basic aviation principles with theoretical and practical training on controllable systems and UAV.
Devices weighing up to 1 kilograms can be used with the DGCA Approved Commercial UAV-25 license, commonly referred to as a drone license. ZEYGEM trainings are carried out in cooperation with Istanbul Aydin University, an institution authorized by DGCA.
