At the event held at Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Social Facilities, gluten-free foods were prepared together with celiac patients and their relatives and awareness was raised against the disease.
Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. Prof., who supported patients struggling with the disease throughout the year with the help of gluten-free food packages in line with their requests. Dr. Mustafa Palancıoğlu closely follows the services and activities that will raise public awareness. With the training provided within the scope of MELMEK courses, patients struggling against celiac disease, which reduces their quality of life, can produce foods such as cookies, cakes and bread with gluten-free ingredients supplied by Melikgazi Municipality.

In our MELMEK courses, we provide training to patients with celiac allergy and their relatives so that they can prepare food with gluten-free ingredients. Mentioning the importance of raising awareness against the disease by participating in the event organized in this context, Melikgazi District Director of National Education Hacı Kaya, Melikgazi Mayor Assoc. The event ended with the gift of bags and stationery prepared by Melikgazi Municipality to the children participating in the training.
