Support from National Education to Gendarmerie Logistics Personnel!

A Vocational Education Cooperation Protocol was signed between the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education and the Gendarmerie Logistics Command.

A "Vocational Training Cooperation Protocol" was signed between the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education and the Gendarmerie Logistics Command in order to increase the skills of the logistics sub-branch personnel working in the maintenance and production workshops of the Gendarmerie Logistics Command.

The cooperation protocol signed by MEB Vocational and Technical Education General Manager Ali Karagöz and Gendarmerie Logistics Command Logistics Head Major General Ersel Özer aims to provide vocational training to the relevant personnel within the Gendarmerie General Command.

According to the protocol, it is aimed to ensure that the personnel in question are included in the education and training process through vocational training centers affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, and to implement vocational training and employment processes in the areas covered by the Vocational Education Law No. 3308.

Within the framework of the protocol covering issues related to the training and examination activities to be carried out in the workshop laboratory environments of schools and institutions affiliated to the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education and in the areas under the responsibility of the Gendarmerie General Command; Awareness activities such as fairs, seminars, conferences and competitions will be organized to improve vocational and technical education.

Within the scope of the protocol, to be implemented as a pilot in Ankara for the 2024-2025 academic year, the personnel within the Gendarmerie General Command who have improved themselves in the context of journeyman and master will be certified.
