Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Uraloğlu announced that the fast and secure electronic notification service offered by the Postal and Telegraph Organization Joint Stock Company (PTT AŞ) to citizens, legal entities and public institutions living at home and abroad via UETS has been successfully continuing for five years. With the National Electronic Notification service, PTT AŞ enables electronic notifications to be delivered to recipients instantly; Explaining that it saved money in many areas such as time, labor and cost, Uraloğlu said, “With the National Electronic Notification, we contributed to the protection of 5 thousand 126 trees in a 990-year period. "By expanding the National Electronic Notification service, we have taken an important step in saving time and protecting the environment," he said.
Big Savings with UETS
Minister Uraloğlu emphasized that thanks to the 213 million electronic notifications sent via UETS, 7 billion 136 million 589 thousand TL of public savings were made from the notification fee sent physically, and said, "In addition, factors affecting the cost such as labor force and the paper, toner, electricity, vehicle and fuel used." When taken into account, the amount of savings in question exceeds this figure. "Thanks to this system, our country saves a significant amount of money," he said.
Notifications are Archived with the Mobile Application
Uraloğlu pointed out that the UETS mobile application was also put into service and explained that electronic notifications can be easily viewed with the application. Uraloğlu said, “With the application, our citizens can instantly receive notifications about new notifications via their mobile phones. Notifications received via the mobile application can also be archived digitally. Our citizens are interested in UETS http://www.etebligat.gov.tr "From the page, you can open your UETS account, access the user manuals and view the electronic notifications received on your existing account," he said.

Minister Uraloğlu explained that with the new system, which was put into operation at the beginning of 2024, users can access their UETS accounts online from anywhere in the world by authenticating with the "two-stage login method" through their e-Government accounts. Emphasizing that the system is provided with the highest level of security, Uraloğlu said, “UETS applications can be opened online with electronic signature and mobile signature, as well as with the e-Government account. In addition to these methods, our citizens can obtain their UETS addresses by personally applying to the nearest PTT Directorates. "The received e-notification address is sent free of charge to the users' verified mobile phone or e-mail regarding electronic notifications, via SMS and e-mail," he said.
