“Children are the assurance of our future and our joy of life. "It is our duty as a human being to raise today's children to be tomorrow's adults." Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk once again expressed with these succinct words how important our children and raising them are for the future of our nation.

As adults, we will take all kinds of measures to ensure that our children, who are the guarantee of our future, can live healthy and happy, benefit from the requirements of the age, and grow up as well-equipped, talented and conscious generations, and we will work with all our strength to help you reach a more beautiful, healthier and safer tomorrow.

With these feelings and thoughts, we commemorate with mercy and gratitude the members of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey who served our Noble Nation, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, and who passed away, our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this country, our glorious veterans who passed away, and celebrate April 23 National Sovereignty and I hope that Children's Day brings peace, prosperity and tranquility to all children of the world and all humanity.”
