In order to work in the Directorate of Düzce State Theater, Article 5441 of the Law on State Theater Personnel No. 5, Additional Provisional Article 657 of the Law on Civil Servants No. 16 and the Council of Ministers Decision dated 07.05.1987 and numbered 87/11782 were put into effect. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Candidates must meet the conditions specified in paragraphs 657, 48, 1, 2, 4 and 5 of paragraph (A) of Article 6 of the Civil Servants Law No. 7.

2. Regarding the education status specified in the Special Conditions, candidates who have an associate degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree from education institutions abroad whose equivalence to the specified departments are accepted by the Higher Education Council, in case they graduate from the departments that are considered equivalent to the specified departments, must attach the equivalence documents approved by the Higher Education Council to their applications. .

3. There should be no physical and health problems on the stage that would hinder the requirements of the profession.

4. The result of the Security Investigation and/or Archive Research must be positive.

FORM OF APPLICATION, PLACE AND DATE
1. Applications will be received electronically within 15 (fifteen) days (until the end of working hours on the last day) from the date of publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette.

2. Candidates who want to apply must apply via e-Government General Directorate of State Theaters Career Gate-Public Recruitment or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr). Applications made in person will not be accepted and applications made by mail or other means will not be accepted.

3. Candidates who graduated from education institutions abroad or in Turkey and have equivalence regarding the education level sought in this announcement must upload their documents showing the equivalence in pdf format to the "Equivalence Certificate" field under the "Other Documents" tab during their application.

4. Since the candidates' education, department they graduated from, military service, criminal record and identity information will be obtained through the web services of the relevant institutions via e-Government, these documents will not be requested from the candidates at the application stage. Candidates who have errors/incomplete information in the said information of the candidates or whose information does not come from the system should make the necessary updates/corrections from the relevant institutions before applying, and those whose graduation information does not come automatically should submit their graduation documents in pdf format to the "Graduation Certificate" section under the "Other Documents" tab. definitely

5. 6. Candidates must specify which position (title) they will take the exam for in the exam application. Candidates will choose for 1 position (title).

7. Any application that does not show "Your transaction has been successfully completed..." on the Career Gate-Public Recruitment Platform will not be considered. Therefore, candidates should check whether the application process has been completed.

8. After the application process is completed, the candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen. Any application that does not show "Application Received" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated.

9. Applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues specified in this announcement, and uploading the required documents to the system at the application stage. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

10. If it is determined that the candidates to be employed on a contract basis do not meet the conditions specified in this announcement and the relevant legislation, their applications will not be evaluated. In addition, the contracts of those who are found to do not meet the application conditions will be terminated without compensation and notification.

11. After the candidates log in to the Career Gate Platform, click the "Information" button on the "My Applications" page on the left menu, and the "Candidate Application Information" page will open. This page should be printed out by clicking the "Print" button and they should take the exam on the exam day.

12. All information and documents required for the application will be sent in an interactive environment as stated above, applications sent in person or by mail or documents for application purposes will not be processed.
