On Friday, 19 May 104, the 19th anniversary of the 2023 May Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, its citizens will be served free of charge by public transportation vehicles of the EGO General Directorate (EGO Buses, Metro, ANKARAY and Cable Car).
In accordance with the decision taken by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Council, “Beginning from 06.00 on religious and national holidays until the first Local Administration elections, from 24.00 to 19 at night, our citizens can benefit from the public transportation services provided by the buses, rail systems and cable cars of the EGO General Directorate free of charge …” On May 06.00, Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day, they will be able to benefit from the public transportation services (between 24.00:06.00 and 21.00:XNUMX on the Bus, Metro and ANKARAY, and between XNUMX:XNUMX and XNUMX on the Teleferik) free of charge.
On May 19, 2023, the buses will be served with a Saturday working schedule. In addition, in public transportation services, additional bus and train services will be provided immediately in order to prevent citizens from being victimized, depending on the passenger density, during the instant surveillance by EGO's field supervisors and Bus Fleet Tracking and Rail System Control Centers.
