Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality has prepared the 'Kocaeli Illustrative Tourism Map, which includes the historical, touristic and cultural areas of the city, within the scope of the Tourism Master Plan action plan. The map, which was designed in 2 parts with the illustrative drawing technique, was prepared in Turkish and English.
DIFFERENT DRAWING TECHNIQUE
The Metropolitan Municipality, which has implemented many projects in order to bring the historical and cultural areas of Kocaeli to light and to increase tourism revenues, has added a new one to its works. The 'Kocaeli Illustrative Tourism Map', which includes the historical, touristic and cultural areas of the city, was prepared by the Department of Culture and Social Affairs, Department of Tourism and Natural Living Areas.
TOURISTIC DESTINATION AND ROUTES
Kocaeli's new tourism map was prepared in 2 parts with the Illustrative drawing technique, going beyond the classical tourism map understanding. 12 touristic destinations, routes and cultural objects from 97 districts were included. On the front of the map, there are detailed drawings of the Kocaeli Tourism Map, while on the other side, there are information about the touristic places in Turkish and English.
HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL PLACES
From Clock Tower to Kartepe Ski Center, from Ormanya to Blue on Kocaeli Tourism Map Bayraklı There are drawings of many touristic destinations and cultural values, from the beaches to the beaches, from the Kandıra Cloth to the Sırrı Paşa Mansion, the Samanlı olive, the Izmit Simidi and the İhsaniye Apple. In the promotional part, there are Turkish and English promotions of different touristic destinations such as Kasr-ı Hümayün Hunting Lodge, Pembe Kayalar, Ballıkayalar Nature Park, Pertev Mehmet Paşa Mosque (New Friday), which are the historical and cultural places of Kocaeli.
