CHP Afyonkarahisar Deputy and 1st Rank Deputy candidate Burcu Köksal made statements about the AFRAY project. Köksal claimed that the foundation laid in the AFRAY project, which is said to be the first digging in 2021, was lost.
Claiming that the groundbreaking ceremony of the state hospital to be built with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Hatay, which is an earthquake zone, was held in the past weeks, Deputy Köksal said that the same comedy took place in Afyonkarahisar yesterday.

A mobile foundation was laid here, just like in Hatay Defne, with a cost of approximately 5 thousand liras, but thousands of liras were spent, because we are laying the foundation of the AFRAY project by organizing an organization and crowding here. And after the backlash, this foundation was removed less than 24 hours later.”

“They promised to build a state hospital in the same way now. It was said, 'We will lay the foundation of the cable car'. Addressing the citizens, Köksal said, “Don't be fooled by these lies. As you can see, there are puddles and mud on the basis of AFRAY, which they say they will do since 2019. The other state hospital and cable car project will be in the same situation, probably the same as in Hatay Defne State Hospital. They are trying to lay a mobile foundation in order to deceive the citizens by going before the elections all over Turkey.
