The application period for the restructuring of the debts to the government, which will expire on 30 May, has been extended to 30 June, and the first installment payment period for the debts has been extended until 30 July.
According to the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, the restructuring application, notification and declaration period of the debts to the state, which will expire on 31 May, has been extended until 30 June.
For the first installment and advance payment dates, the last payment date was set as 31 July and additional time was granted.
WHAT DOES THE REGULATION COVER?
In the regulation, all taxes, premiums, traffic, military service, population, bridge, highway illegal tolls and judicial fines, administrative fines, student loan debts, support premium debts that have never been included in the configuration regulation are also included in the scope of the regulation.
