The documentary aims to introduce the audience to a part of the team at the construction site of Akkuyu NPP, Turkey's first nuclear power plant, working hard to complete the construction. Akkuyu Nuclear A.Ş General Manager Anastasia Zoteeva gave information about the features of Akkuyu NPP, the biggest project in the history of Turkey-Russia relations, and how it managed the project.
Regarding the subject, Zoteeva said, “My team building principle is based on professionalism. I invited the best experts to the project and provided the necessary conditions for them. My team has professionally built this mechanism by which he lives and clearly knows how to achieve his goals. We have a great responsibility. We are building four power units at the same time, and today this is the largest nuclear site in the world.”
Akkuyu Nuclear Inc. First Deputy General Manager and NGS Construction Director Sergey Butckikh shared important details about how they work with the team in the documentary.
Butckikh said:
“I participated in this project without my own team. There was not a single person I had worked with before. My goal was to make each employee a member of a large international team. I'm not afraid to say I've struggled with it. Now they are truly my team and I trust them a lot. They come to me either for help or for a solution. What matters to me is desire and courage.
