Afyonkarahisar Municipality continues to work on the Rahvan Horse Track project, which will provide the opportunity to host pacing horse racers from many provinces of Turkey. The construction work of the investment, which will be the meeting point of pacing horse racers, which is one of the traditional sports branches in Afyonkarahisar, the sports city, has reached the level of 70%.
Rahvan Horse Track, one of the prestige projects of President Mehmet Zeybek, will host events such as the Traditional Rahvan Horse Races and horse archery shows. The facility, which is under construction in Ertuğrulgazi Neighborhood, is expected to be completed in May.

Rahvan horse riders had a request from us, we carried out a study taking into account the demands. Work on our project, which started last year, is progressing rapidly. We said that Afyon is a sports city, after we complete it, we will have brought a different branch of sports to Afyon. We continue our investments with the understanding of municipality that responds to the needs of our city and the demands of our citizens. Like many of our investments, the Rahvan Horse Track Project will suit our city very well and will make a name for itself.”

In the facility with a parcel area of 600.754,64 square meters; There is a 6 meter indoor area, 670 r-n53304 hippodrome track and a parking lot. Investment that will enable ancestral sports to be practiced; It consists of 2 boxes, tribunes for 37 people, shelter and care areas for horses, trainer horse training area, warm-up running track, blacksmith's office, staff room, equipment/barn room, cafeteria and parking lot.
