Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which has brought many new social facilities to the city, from parks to recreation areas, from public gardens to observation terraces, continues its investments that touch people without slowing down. In this context, the Metropolitan puts the finishing touches on the viewing terrace it has built in the Dilovası district. 99 percent of the works have been completed on the observation terrace with a view of the bridge, which will allow the citizens living in Dilovası to have a pleasant time with their families.
BUILT IN 2 THOUSAND M2 AREA
The viewing terrace, which will serve on an area of 2 thousand square meters in Diliskelesi Neighborhood, has been created as 390 square meters of hard ground and 315 square meters of green space. A cafeteria building and a playground were previously built in the project that will improve Dilovası's quality of life. The teams of the Department of Parks and Gardens have finally completed the germination and arrangement work of the area. After the installation of sanitary ware, which is the general name of the products used in structures such as sinks, toilet bowls and faucets, the cafeteria building will be ready for opening.
RESTAURANT AND CAFE SERVICE
Citizens will be able to watch the unique view of both the Osmangazi Bridge and the Gulf of Izmit while sipping their hot and cold drinks on the observation terrace, which will serve as a restaurant and cafe. The Metropolitan will continue to offer projects that will change the face of the city, such as the viewing terrace it built in Dilovası, to the service of citizens one by one.
