Some of the headlines from Elitaş's speech are as follows: “Those who receive the lowest pension from Bağ-Kur, Social Security Institution and SSK will increase to 7 thousand 500 liras within the framework of the good news given by our President in a television program two days ago. In this context, those who will benefit most from this will be both Bağ-Kur members, SSK members, and according to the information we have received that we are planning to retire this year, our citizens who are within the scope of 2 million 250 thousand EYT will receive a pension of 5 thousand 500 liras. the lowest pension, which will have increased the figure of their salaries to 7 thousand 500 liras. In this context, we estimate that nearly 11 million citizens will benefit from it. I think the part of 6 million will benefit from an increase of close to 2 thousand liras. Others, whoever is under 7 thousand 500 liras, who receives a pension of 7 thousand liras, will be increased to 7 thousand 500 liras. Those who receive a pension of 5 thousand 500 liras will have increased to 7 thousand 500 liras.
There were monthly differences between them regarding combat veterans. There were Turkish citizens who participated in the National Struggle and were awarded the Independence Medal for this reason, Turkish citizens who actually participated in the war in the Korean War, and Turkish citizens who actually participated in the Cyprus Peace Operation, were given a salary due to their widows and orphans due to their death.
