The maintenance, repair and renovation work carried out by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, which continues its efforts to preserve the historical and cultural values ​​of the capital, continues at full speed in the historical Ulus Business Center.

The building, which has been neglected for years due to neglect, will be restored in accordance with its original architecture, while some of it will be turned into a technology center and offered to university students and young entrepreneurs.

The transformation works initiated by the Metropolitan Municipality in Ulus, one of the important historical centers of the Capital, continue at full speed. After the completion of the transformation works, it is aimed to make Ulus a brand new look and become a center of attraction as in the old days.

In this context, the teams of the Cultural and Natural Heritage Department and the Department of Science Affairs continue their maintenance, repair and renovation works 7/24 in the historical Ulus Business Center.

BUSINESS INTEL WILL RETURN TO ITS OLD LOOK

The original architecture of Ulus Business Center, which has changed over time and lost its design feature, has been preserved; modified shop fronts are arranged in accordance with the original. In the inner courtyards, the repair works that damaged the building are carried out again, revealing the closed items.

Within the scope of the works carried out on the roof of Ulus İş Han; While the air conditioner elements placed later are removed, the unit system is placed to ventilate the blocks. The clamped copper roofing is renewed with materials and techniques suitable for the original. Rain gutters are cleaned and maintained.

NEW TECHNOLOGY CENTER WILL BE OPENED IN ULUS BUSINESS HAN

On the one hand, the Metropolitan Municipality, which protects the historical values ​​of the capital, on the other hand, works to make the city the center of technology and science.

After the completion of the maintenance, repair and renovation works in Ulus Business Center, a part of the building will be opened to the use of university students and young entrepreneurs as a technology center.
