By the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises, between 30/01/2023 – 03/02/2023 in Ankara, 25 trainee controller staff who were vacancies in the General Administrative Services Class were recruited in the branches of Social Sciences (20 persons) and in the branches of Architecture (5 persons). Trainee Controller Entrance Exam (Oral) will be held in order to be appointed from among trained candidates. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SEARCHED FOR THE EXAMINATION

1. To have the qualifications written in subparagraph (A) of the first paragraph of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48, (For male candidates, not to be related to military service as of the start date of the oral exam).

2. Not to be 2023 years old as of the first day of January 35 (born after 01/01/1988).

3. To graduate from the Faculty of Law, Political Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences and Architecture departments of the faculties, which provide at least four years of undergraduate education, and from higher education institutions in Turkey or abroad whose equivalence is accepted by the competent authorities.

4. As a result of Public Personnel Selection Examinations held by ÖSYM in 2021 and 2022;

a) To get at least 8 points from any of the KPSSP16, KPSSP21 and KPSSP70 score types in the "Social Sciences" branch (Ranking will be based on the highest score obtained from these three score types); Starting from the highest score among the applicants, 4 candidates, 80 times the number of vacancies determined, will be invited to the exam. However, other applicants who have received the score obtained by the last candidate who is entitled to take the exam will also be called for the exam.
b) To have received at least 1 points from any of the KPSSP2, KPSSP3 and KPSSP70 score types in the "Architecture" branch (Ranking will be made based on the highest score obtained from these three score types); Starting from the highest score among the applicants, 4 candidates with 20 times the number of vacancies determined will be invited to the exam. However, other applicants who have received the score obtained by the last candidate who is entitled to take the exam will also be called for the exam.

5. Having received at least a grade of (C) in one of the German, French or English languages ​​in the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS/e-YDS) within the last five years as of the application deadline, or the equivalent in terms of language proficiency. To have a document showing that he/she has received an equivalent score in another internationally valid exam accepted by the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey (ÖSYM).

6. Being suitable for climate changes and all kinds of travel conditions in terms of health status, not having a permanent physical or mental health or physical health disability that may prevent him from performing his duty as Controller.

7. As a result of the examination to be made, not to have a situation that prevents the Trainee Controller in terms of his/her record, attitude and behavior.

8. To have participated in the entrance exam at most twice before.

APPLICATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Applications; It will be done with e-Government password. Therefore, candidates http://www.turkiye.gov.tr Must have an account. In order to use the account in question, candidates must obtain an e-Government password. Candidates will be able to obtain the envelope containing their e-Government password by submitting their ID number with their TR ID number on personal application from PTT Central Directorates.

2. Candidates can submit their applications to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism/Career Gate Recruitment or Career Gate (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) via e-Government between 26 on 12/2022/09.00 and 16 on 01/2023/18.00. electronically from their addresses. Applications not made through the career portal (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) will not be considered, and applications made in person, via cargo or mail will not be accepted. Applications should not be left to the last day due to disruptions that may or may occur in the electronic environment.

3. When the application process is initiated via e-Government, identity, education, military service and YDS information are automatically received. Candidates with incomplete or incorrect information must contact the relevant institutions and make the necessary corrections.

4. Candidates who have graduated from education institutions in the country or abroad and have the equivalence of the educational status sought in this announcement, together with the diploma or graduation certificate, must upload the documents showing the equivalence in pdf or jpeg format to the relevant fields on the e-Government at the time of application.

5. Candidates who have a document other than YDS in terms of language proficiency, whose equivalence is accepted by OSYM, must upload the document in pdf or jpeg format on e-Government at the stage of your Foreign Language Exam Declaration Information.

6. Military service information of male candidates is automatically received from the Ministry of National Defense, and candidates with errors in their information should contact the military branches and update their information on the e-Government.

7. Candidates who are at the final stage of their application and are sure of the accuracy of their information will say, "I accept the accuracy of the above information." It is mandatory to select the option and press the “Apply” button. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who do not perform this process will not be recorded in the request, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

8. Candidates who realize that their information is missing or have errors between the application dates and want to make changes should cancel their applications by clicking the "Cancel" button. The registered application of the candidate who cancels his application in the system will be deleted. Candidates must renew their applications by clicking the "New Application" button again. Candidates who renew their applications must complete this process before 16:01 on 2023/18/00 and press the "Apply" button. Otherwise, the applications of the candidates who do not perform this process will not be recorded in the system, and the candidates in this situation will not be able to claim any rights.

9. The applicants are responsible for making the application process error-free, complete and in accordance with the issues stated in this announcement and uploading the required documents to the module. Candidates who do not comply with these issues will not be able to claim any rights.

10. Applications that are not duly made or made on time, and missing or incorrect exam application documents will not be accepted.

11. The Ministry may request the originals of the documents uploaded to the system from the candidates at every stage of the application and examination.
