“For our fellow citizens of Samsun, we offer our 5 well-developed lands with ready infrastructure to your service. Again, we are building 100 fruitful shops in our Samsun. Hopefully, by our TOKİ Presidency, we will deliver our Toybelen Industrial Site, consisting of 1526 industrial shops and 82 commercial units, to our tradesmen on the 100th anniversary of our Republic. Again, within the scope of the urban transformation project, we completed the construction works of 678 residences and 29 shops in Canik with the help of Emlak Konut. We will deliver it to you as soon as possible. In addition, we are providing 6 national gardens for the children and children of these blessed lands, where they can run and play happily in our city.”
