Speaking at the opening, IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlu, said that during his tenure, they accomplished important things first under the conditions of Kovid and then under the severe economic crisis. Stating that they had the honor of producing business in 3,5 years, in a crisis and problematic period, İmamoğlu said, “We are able to do business in this period. The park, whose related processes were completed in July 2022, was brought to Silivri in a short period of 4 months. Kiptaş General Manager Ali Kurt said that they quickly completed the Silivri 60rd Stage Residences, which they took over with an average of 3 percent progress when they took office, and noted that they learned that a park was also committed in the project area, after informing the beneficiaries. Explaining that they worked for about 2 years to solve the ownership, project and technical processes of the park area, Kurt stated that with the solution of the project problems in July, they completed the İBB Kiptaş Silivri Söğütlü Park in 4 months.

Some of the plants and trees in the park, where there are 316 trees, are as follows; Uludağ Fir, Atlas Cedar, Magnolia Tree, Temple Tree, Olive Tree, Sycamore, Maple, Linden, Redbud, Honeysuckle, Gaura, Snowball, Lavender, Rosemary.
