After the Muharrem Fast, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality brought together thousands of Capital City residents this year, as it did last year, at the "Birlik Vaccine Ashura" event. Speaking at the event, where the Semah ceremony and the concerts of famous artists Özcan Türe and Sabahat Akkiraz were watched with interest, ABB President Mansur Yavaş emphasized that unity ashura is the symbol of brotherhood and solidarity.
In the event organized by Ankara City Council and Metropolitan Municipality Department of Culture and Social Affairs with the support of non-governmental organizations, 20 thousand ashura prepared in BELPA Kitchen were distributed. After Dede Gürsoy Bakır's prayer, Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, who became the head of the cauldron, mixed the ashura, put it in containers and distributed it to the citizens.
UNITY AND TOGETHER MESSAGE FROM SLOW
Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş, who started his speech by saying, "We are ending the 12-day mourning with our unity vaccine," said, "First of all, I wish your prayers and the unity vaccine we gave for the grief we held will be accepted by the right. I hope that our vaccine of unity, starting from Ankara, will be a means of brotherhood against sedition, solidarity against sedition and being together for all of Turkey," he said.

Continuing his explanations by saying, “The mourning we mourn is for the martyrdom of Hazrat Hussein, who went after the right and the law with determination and relentlessness 1342 years ago,” Yavaş continued as follows: “The Prophet. President Yavaş ended his speech by wishing that the unity ashura organized would perpetuate unity and solidarity.

The people of Başkent, who accompanied the folk songs of the famous artists Özcan Türe and Sabahat Akkiraz, who took the stage at the “Birlik Vaccine Ashure” event, also watched the semah of the Kizilirmak Local Associations Federation (KYDF) Semah Team with interest.
Sabahat Akkiraz, who gave a message of unity and solidarity before the concert, said: “Today is a very special and beautiful day… I would like to thank the President Mansur and the associations. Today, it united us with our dear listeners… Ashure is not just a dessert. Ashura is a symbol of resistance. Ashura is the vaccine of our faith. Let's be together forever.''
Özcan Türe, one of the masters of Turkish Folk Music, said, “I am very happy and proud to be here today and to meet friends at such an event. I would like to thank our dear President Mansur and his team, who worked hard, brought us together with friends and cared about these days.”
