2-Procurement of goods

c) Place to be done/delivered: Place of Work: Factory of the contractor. Delivery Place: For Domestic and Foreign Bidders: It will be delivered to the 2nd Region Road Mechanical Workshop Directorate Behiçbey/ANKARA/TÜRKİYE (on the rail).
ç) Duration/delivery date: The Contractor shall make the Scissor Tamping Machine ready for final acceptance within a maximum of 540 calendar days from the contract date as specified in the technical specification. Provisional acceptance of the machine will be made at the manufacturer's factory. Training, performance tests and final acceptance will be determined by TCDD and will be held on a line section belonging to TCDD. It will be the contractor's responsibility to transport the vehicle to the place where the training and acceptance processes take place. The period between provisional acceptance and final acceptance will be a maximum of 6 months.
d) Starting date of work: The work will start after the signing of the contract.
