Dr. Fevzi Özgönül gave important information to spend an easy Ramadan without getting hungry during long fasting hours. The month of Ramadan, the sultan of the 11th month, has begun. The eating times of those who fast during Ramadan change. You can strengthen your digestive system and rest your body by eating right and choosing healthy ones during these long days when you will spend most of it fasting. Here are some suggestions in order to spend the month of Ramadan easier and not to miss this perfect opportunity for your body to heal;

1-Make sure to have sahur. Eat breakfast items, low-fat meats or soup for suhoor.
2- Do not prefer fruit in sahur
3-Drink plenty of water at sahur.
4- Be careful with Ramadan pita, only eat it at iftar and in small quantities.
5-Do not drink too much water while breaking your fast. More than 1-2 glasses of water will prevent you from being fed.
6- After breaking your fast with some olives, dates or almonds, rest for at least 5-10 minutes and move a little.
7- Have your iftar starting from the main meals.
8- If you are going to eat dessert, choose Güllaç, the sultan of Ramadan.
9- Do not drink too much tea, coffee, cola drinks, as caffeinated drinks will cause fluid loss.
10-Make sure to move after iftar, if you can, go to the tarawih prayer and take a walk.
