Within the scope of YHT-Marmaray suburban line improvement works, Darica Train Station is getting ready to reach. While the suburban railway stations are being renovated, Darica will have the railway station. Upon the intense requests of the people of Darica, Mayor Şükrü Karabacak and the AK Party deputies of Kocaeli, the last period, stepped in and decided to make Darıca a train station. TCDD is counting the days to accelerate the activities in Darıca and bring the district to the railway station. The station built in Sırasöğütler district will be recorded as Darıca. Thus, a new station will be established between Osmangazi and Gebze. Improvement and renovation of the suburban lines is expected to be completed within a year.
