Russia Will Use Talgo Wagons Instead Of Siemens On High Speed Train: On June 11, 2014, Russian Railways President Vilademir Yakunin is currently using Siemens for Talgo wagons, which are currently under construction and will operate on the Minsk-Warsawova-Berlin line since December 2015.
