According to the statement made by the Ministry of National Defense, a visit was made to the 18st Mechanized Infantry Brigade Command in Ferecik on 19-31 April within the scope of confidence-building measures between Turkey and Greece.
During the visit, Brigadier General Akgül and his entourage were accompanied by Turkey's Military Attaché in Athens, Artillery Colonel Ali Aktemur.
