Gendarmerie teams, which continue their work uninterruptedly in order to reveal the connections of the organizer individuals who are on the way to gain unfair profits by endangering the life and property safety of immigrants, and to capture the perpetrators and ensure that they are handed over to the judicial authorities, (5) who were found to be trying to escape abroad in the Doğanköy area of Lalapaşa district. An irregular immigrant of Palestinian nationality was captured.
The captured immigrants were handed over to Edirne Provincial Immigration Administration to be returned to their country.
