Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mehmet Özhaseki, Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Dr. Together with Memduh Büyükkılıç and philanthropic businessman Mehmet Altun, he signed the OSB Technical Campus protocol, which includes the Engineering Faculty Building, in a closed area of approximately 50 thousand square meters in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone.

In this context, the protocol for the Engineering Faculty Building to Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone was signed in cooperation with Kayseri Governorship, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Organized Industrial Zone, Kayseri University and philanthropic businessman Mehmet Altun.

Minister Özhaseki underlined that they signed the protocol of the school, which will meet the needs of the Organized Industrial Zone in a closed area of approximately 50 thousand square meters, and said, “Recently, God bless our brother Mehmet Altun, he continues on this path with 20 schools and 1 large mosque project. Now, we are signing a school protocol that includes the departments needed by the Organized Industry in a closed area of approximately 50 thousand square meters. We should not mention Osman Ulubaş's brother, he also signed for the 15th school. Governor Gökmen Çiçek, who started his speech by stating that they are in the signing phase of another protocol that is important for Kayseri, said, “We will sign the protocol of our Engineering Faculty, which will be built in our Organized Industrial Zone. It will be made by our uncle Mehmet Altun. "Our uncle Mehmet Altun has provided us with great services and great works with this science, as a trust from our esteemed minister," he said.
Reminding that Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone is a very important project with its employment and that Minister Özhaseki has recently given great importance to both vocational high schools, vocational schools and engineering faculties, Governor Çiçek continued his words as follows:
“The fact that this is within Organized Industrial Zones, like the model in Europe, gives a very different engineering impetus to the industry and to broaden the horizons of our student friends. Within the framework of the vision you showed, Uncle Mehmet will hopefully build a magnificent school there by covering all its expenses.
