The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that its warplanes attacked more than 50 military targets in the south of the Gaza Strip.
The IDF said in a statement that its warplanes completed a series of strikes that led to the destruction of two launch positions used by the Palestinian Islamic Movement in the southern Gaza Strip.
The statement stated that the attack was carried out after preliminary efforts to reduce the harm to civilians and said:
“The combat team of the Nahal Brigade continues its operations in the corridor in the middle of the strip. During the last day the force eliminated terrorists and destroyed terrorist infrastructure. “Air Force fighter jets and aircraft attacked more than 50 military targets.”
