The Board of Judges and Prosecutors has re-determined the regional level of some courts from administrative judicial organizations in accordance with the Appointment Regulation Applicable to Administrative Judicial Judges and Prosecutors.
The General Assembly of the Council of Judges and Prosecutors discussed the determination of the regional degrees of the Ağrı, Bingöl and Kırklareli Administrative Courts, which were established with the approval of the Ministry of Justice, by taking into account the geographical and economic conditions, health, social and cultural conditions, transportation, development and proximity to important centers.
According to the decision published in today's Official Gazette, as an administrative judicial organization;
- Giresun Administrative Court's regional rating is 2,
- Regional degree of Kars Administrative Court is 3,
- Regional degree of Osmaniye Administrative Court is 2
- Regional degree of Ağrı Administrative Court is 3,
- Bingöl Administrative Court's regional rating is 3,
- Kırklareli Administrative Court's regional rating is 2,

In addition, according to the HSK decision published in today's Official Gazette, it was decided that the regional rating of Seydikemer Courthouse would be 3.
