Jacqueline Siegel, is known as an American socialite, model, actress and beauty pageant director. Born Jacqueline Mallery on January 19, 1966, Siegel grew up in Endwell, New York, and graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. In her career, she made a name for herself by winning the Miss Florida America beauty pageant in 1993. She now serves as the owner and director of this competition. Siegel, who is also a board member of Westgate Resorts and the Ocoee Thrift Mart store, donates a portion of his profits to charity. She has also founded her own charity, Locals Helping Locals.
