Pol van Boekel, born 19 September 1975, is a Dutch football referee and former professional football player. He has been a referee in professional football leagues in the Netherlands since 2004. Born as the son of former assistant referee Jos van Boekel, van Boekel started his football career in the infrastructure of the VVV team.

In his professional football career, Van Boekel has established himself as a regular in the VVV team as a right-back. Van Boekel played in 128 league matches in total and scored 8 goals.
