Kartepe Cable Car line, one of the vision projects of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, has attracted great interest from citizens since the day it was opened. A parking lot is now being built by the Metropolitan Municipality for the Kartepe Cable Car, which was built in the center of winter tourism. With the completion of the parking lot, where excavation has been carried out and foundation concrete has been laid, it is aimed to eliminate the traffic and vehicle parking congestion in the region.

Within the scope of the works, a 598-storey car park with a capacity of 6 vehicles is being built, where citizens who show great interest in the cable car line can easily park their vehicles. The car park, which will have 3 pedestrian elevators, will be built in 365 days. The project, which has a total construction area of 22 thousand 338 square meters, will also have 36 electric charging stations for the disabled and 54 vehicles.
