Gendarmerie teams caught a total of 13 irregular immigrants of various nationalities and 1 organizer who were trying to escape abroad in the Köseömer village of Havsa district. One vehicle used in immigrant smuggling was also seized.
The captured immigrants were handed over to the Edirne Provincial Immigration Administration and repatriation procedures were initiated.
