Turunç Masa, where Muratpaşa Mayor Ümit Uysal took care of every detail, started to be implemented on November 17, 2014 as a public relations, communication and management project. Turunç Masa has resolved the requests, suggestions and complaints of Muratpaşa residents since its establishment in 10 years with its application desk, call center, mobile teams, social media, web and press units. Turunç Masa contacted 10 million 5 thousand 426 city residents in 85 years.

DISTRICT RESIDENTS TOLD

Neslihan Demircioğlu, one of the residents of Muratpaşa, said that Turunç Masa is a support line they can reach when they need it. "For me, Turunç Masa is a service of our municipality that provides us with convenience and information," said Demircioğlu, adding that he received support from Turunç Masa on many issues. Demircioğlu stated that Turunç Masa activities had a great impact on the earthquake disaster, as well as stray animals, social assistance and plant support.

Raşit Mercan, who said that Turunç Masa is a unit that produces solutions to complaints affiliated with Muratpaşa Municipality, said, "For me, Turunç Masa means ensuring follow-up until our demands are resolved." Kadir Akgöl said, “For me, Turunç Masa means expressing our complaints without going to the municipality. "They are also taking the necessary actions," he said. Akgöl also said that while the transactions were being completed, Turunç Masa contacted them and informed them about the process.
