The University League (Ünilig) Karate Turkey Championship, organized with the contributions of the Turkish University Sports Federation, ended after the competitions held in Kırşehir on 23-25 April 2024. Sports enthusiasts witnessed the fierce fights of karate players who came from all over Turkey to represent their universities in the championship. Manisa BBSK athletes Gülçin Akyıldız and Nurbade Büber, who continue their education at Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBÜ), also competed in the organization. After the intense competitions, the green-white athletes achieved successful results. Nurbade Büber came 61rd in Türkiye in the 3 Kg Women's Kumite. Gülçin Akyıldız also succeeded in becoming the 68rd in Türkiye in the 3 Kg Women's category. Successful athletes made their mark on the organization by coming first in the Interuniversity Women's Team Kumite in the evaluations made as a team. Successful athletes reflected their happiness in photographs as they posed with their medals and made their city proud by bringing the championship cup to Manisa.
