After laying a wreath at the mausoleum, a moment of silence was observed.

Metropolitan Mayor Ahmet Aras, who went to the National Pact Tower in Anıtkabir, wrote the following in the Anıtkabir Special Book. “The Founder of our Republic, our Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. I am before you with the pride and joy of bringing our century-old party to power locally at the dawn of the second century. Our citizens, who were supposed to be condemned to poverty and deprivation, made their decision on March 31 to protect our present and future. Now I am on my duty to bring our common dream to life together and to revive hope. The future will be shaped not by heroes, but by staff who know their duties and fulfill their responsibilities. I promise to adopt a fair management approach for humane life, committed to our national values and guided by reason and science. "I will tirelessly serve Muğla, the cradle of the past and the future, which has been home to ancient civilizations and where the universal laws of humanity have been formed."
