The center consists of 2 separate buildings, one of which has a closed area of 110 square meters and is designed for Canoeing and Rowing, while the other building is designed for the use of Sailing athletes. There is a separate administrative section in the center for Canoe-Rowing athletes with a 120-meter indoor area. In order to store the materials cleanly and safely, the center has a 30 square meter warehouse area, women's and men's changing rooms, as well as a WC and a shower cabin.
