The suspects, who were caught during the operations carried out between 8-17 April, attempted to deliberately kill a businessman named MA, a shooting at the workplace of businessman O.Z in Esenyurt, a shooting at the residence of businessman O.Z in Avcılar, Esenyurt. They carried out the kidnapping of the person whose images were reflected in the press in Istanbul, the shooting death of D.E in Kağıthane, the throwing of a hand grenade into the parking lot of Mert Yediemin, they procured 30 guns ready for sale to be distributed to the members of the organization in Eyüpsultan, and they produced weapons by combining many gun parts. Informing that their actions were detected, Yerlikaya stated that 34 unlicensed pistols, 2 unlicensed automatic pistols, the vehicles used in the 3 different actions in question and 3 fake license plates used in the vehicles, various amounts of packaged drugs ready for sale, precision scales, a large amount of foreign currency and Turkish lira were seized.
Minister Yerlikaya said, “I want our dear nation to know that we will eradicate organized crime organizations with the support and prayers of our people. They will not be able to shelter on our streets. “We will bring him to justice.” he said.
