Noting that they eliminated many negativities in the municipal administration during his term of office, Savran continued his words as follows; “I say this clearly; I am a mayor whose essence and words are true, who says he can and does what he says. I believe I have demonstrated this in my three-year term and it will continue like this. Nevşehir has many problems waiting to be solved. All our plans and projects are ready to solve these problems. There has been a definition for the mayor in this city for years; 'Be a son of the country, be hard-working, be honest'. Thank God, I think I have met that definition in 3 years. All plans of what we will do in the new period for 5 years are ready and we are very determined to do this. I ask our citizens to put their hands on their conscience and vote on March 31. Of course, everyone has a political opinion, ideology and political line. I don't say anything to him. Being a mayor is a very different matter. The mayor should be the leader of everyone who runs the city. I think I have demonstrated this and I expect the support of our citizens. When we take over power again, nothing in Nevşehir will be the same again. I say this loud and clear. Our President said this for Turkey when the AK Party was being established in 2001. We have eliminated many negative experiences in Nevşehir for 3 years. In the new era, nothing will be the same in Nevşehir anymore. "You will see this everywhere, from education to municipal services, from politics to universities."

“A troubled person tells a lot. We were worried about the problems of our city. We also know the solution. We are already implementing it and we will continue to do so. Nevşehir will be a very different, very beautiful city. The shining star of the Türkiye Century will be Nevşehir. Everyone should express themselves, but they should do it correctly. Not by slandering or making representations. We hear different things. Things that were not talked about in public were talked about secretly. There is not a single account that I and my team cannot give. We are a proper, honest and fair administration. If those who accuse us of corruption, walking around with files behind doors and between four walls, are young men, let them come forward and accuse us, and let's go to the prosecutor's office together. No matter who it's about. So do not deceive these people. Those who try to lure these people somewhere with lies and fraud will be punished. I say this without excluding anyone. If I can do it, I will find it too.”

“Citizens are fed up with lies, citizens are fed up with embellishments. He is fed up with the politician who denies what he says. That's why we need people who are decent, honest, fair, know what they are talking about, and will say what they say here behind the door. Whatever I say between two people, I say the same thing everywhere. I invite everyone to do the same. Come out like a young man, not by faking it behind closed doors. If we have made a mistake, a flaw, or a corruption, let's go to the prosecutor's office together and do what is necessary. I don't know whoever is wrong. If he were my son or my father, I wouldn't recognize him. That's why it's ugly to do politics behind closed doors by making pictures, carrying files and talking about different things. The flood will pass and the sand will remain. Politics and positions will come and go. People will be remembered for their manliness and principled attitudes. “
