Technology and Education Regional Workshops Report from Teachers' Perspectives Has Been Published

"Technology and Education Regional Workshops Report on the 100th Anniversary of the Republic from the Eyes of Teachers" was published by the Ministry of National Education in order to provide guidance in developing policies on the use of technology in education.
Technology and Education Regional Workshops from the Eyes of Teachers were organized by the Ministry of National Education, Education and Discipline Committee Presidency in seven provinces (Ankara, Antalya, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir and Samsun) with the aim of providing guidance in developing policies on technology and education. The workshops were held under the moderation of 1 faculty member from the field, with the participation of 16 teachers, 2 school administrators and 1 Ministry representative, by creating 20 working groups consisting of a total of 4 individuals in each province. In the workshops held with the participation of teachers and school administrators, a workshop report was prepared by taking the opinions of the participants on the themes of "Use of Technology from the Perspective of Teachers", "Use of Technology in Educational Environments", "Effect of Technology on Educational Processes", "Use of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Education". With this study, it was aimed to reveal the current situation of technology use in education from the perspective of teachers and to contribute to the policies to be developed in the "Turkey Century" with the aim of making technology-based adaptation in students' learning processes.
Minister Yusuf Tekin evaluated the report
In his introduction to the report, Minister Tekin emphasized that this study will strengthen the successes in education and said, “I believe that these studies will play an important role in revealing the strong aspects and opportunities of education from the perspective of our teachers. "The opinions and evaluations revealed with the active participation of our teachers will make valuable contributions to improvements by providing information about the current state of the education system and potential future changes." He used the phrase.
